Desired FX is a small business operated from Jakarta, Indonesia. We specialize in eco-conscious temporary tattoos, prosthetics, and SFX supplies. Previously based in the UK (as Desired FX Ltd), we now serve a global customer base from Indonesia.

2. Product Use, Safety & Variation Disclaimer

Our products are intended for artistic, cosplay, or professional use only. They are not medical-grade and are not suitable for medical or prosthetic treatment.

• Temporary Tattoo Safety
  Our temporary tattoos are FDA-verified and formulated to be skin-safe. However, we recommend performing a patch test before full application — even if you’ve never experienced a reaction before.

• A small black heart tattoo is included in your order as a tester. Apply the patch test on clean skin and wait 24 hours. If any redness, swelling, itching, or irritation occurs, please discontinue use. Do not apply products to broken, irritated, or sensitive skin. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, or internal areas.

• Tattoo Longevity
  Our temporary tattoos typically last up to 7 days, but results may vary based on:

• Body placement

• Application technique

• Friction, sweat, water, or exposure to oils and skincare products

• Age Recommendation
  Products are not intended for children. We recommend use by individuals aged 16 and above, or under adult supervision.

• Storage Guidelines
  Store all products in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, moisture, or heat.

• Product Appearance & Packaging
  Product colours and textures may vary slightly from website images. While we make every effort to display colours accurately, variations in lighting and device screens may cause slight differences.

• To minimise packaging waste, actual product packaging may differ from photos shown on the website.

• Our Right to Make Changes
  We may update or modify products:

• To reflect changes in laws or regulatory requirements

• To apply minor technical adjustments or improvements

These changes will not affect the core function or intended use of the product.

By purchasing from Desired FX, you acknowledge and accept these guidelines, limitations, and usage responsibilities.

3. Orders & Fulfillment

• Orders are processed only once full payment is received.

• We offer two types of products:

  • Ready-stock: Dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment.

  • Pre-order or custom items: Take approximately 2–4 weeks to produce.

• Estimated production or dispatch time is shown on each product page.

⚠️ Shipping time is separate.
Please allow 8–14 working days on top of production time for your package to arrive. Delivery time may vary by location.

4. Shipping & International Orders

• We ship worldwide from Indonesia using trusted couriers.

• Shipping rates and tracking details will be provided after your order ships.

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.

• Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.

5. Returns, Refunds & Claims

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind, as many of our items are made-to-order or hygiene-sensitive. Please review all product descriptions and order details carefully before purchasing.

• Damaged or Faulty Items
  If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement by contacting us within 3 days of receiving your order. You must include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo or video proof of the issue

  • Unboxing footage (if possible)

• Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or partial compensation. All outcomes are handled at our discretion.

• Lost Packages
  If your package is lost in transit and tracking cannot confirm delivery, please notify us. We will assist in filing a claim with the courier. Once the loss is confirmed, we may offer a refund or replacement.

• Return Shipping
  We will cover return postage only if we specifically request an item to be returned. Otherwise, all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. User-Generated Content & Collaborations

• Artist collaborations retain intellectual property rights. By submitting artwork to sell via Desired FX, you grant us the right to sell and promote it within our platform under agreed terms.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• All content on this website — including product designs, logos, and photos — is the property of Desired FX or its contributors.

• Reproduction or reuse without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for allergic reactions, misuse of products, or improper application.
